Comments: Due to PennDot inability to get out on the roads this morning it was easy to measure 2 inches of snow in the Southern end of the county. I hope they are all out of bed now and the road conditions have improved. I drove 28 miles to Centerville Road from the Southern end and seen 1 truck on Rt. 30. It was a total mess this morning.

Comments: Up to 9am, we had almost an inch. It was primarily light fluffy snow of dendrites with some rather complex. But there was some graupel thrown in. Interesting texture. From 9:15 to 9:45, there were big clumps, no wind, and maybe another half inch. The wind picked up as the snow tapered off. Shortly after 10am, the sun came out although there some flakes are still falling.
