Comments: Beautiful snow. Great way to end the winter. It seems to have gone from about 1/2 inch at 6am to 2 inches at 8am. It's lined branches and leaves but is getting too tall and starting to fall off. We can have spring now. Please.

Comments: A fitting end to the extended Winter season! I am calling it 4 inches total. Of course, compacting, and melting going on now, with the March Sun. But 4" seems to be the total, before the melting, started taking place.

Comments: If it were say late JAN and the temp was 27, I would probably have 8" or so on the ground. Lots of compacting of the snow even has snow continues to fall. Its going to be tough to go over 5" unless we see a hvy band later today.

Comments: I can't measure this snow accurately. It was certainly 3 inches before it really started melting. Between 8am and 9am, it was accumulating on the road, too. For a while, it became fine and almost melted before hitting the ground. Then the flakes went back to including more clumps of dendrites that hung around momentarily before melting. That sort of snow has been falling for the past 3-4 hours. Beautiful. And the roads seem fine now.
