Comments: We had a coating in later afternoon. Maybe tenth of an inch. It covered everything. Then the sun came out. Just now between 9:30pm and 10pm, we picked up a half inch. It came down every quickly.

Comments: Round three: Very quick hitter, began at 2311 and ended at 2321, another 1/8" "track a cat". Some of round two had melted.
This snow fall was accompanied by very turbulent winds, strong updrafts at the onset had the snow actually rising, not falling. Thought I might actually see a snow devil. Also shear winds alternating SW to NNW.

Comments: That measurement sounds more precise than it is. We picked up another 1/4 inch between 11pm and 11:30pm and mostly between 11 and 11:15. It was very windy with snow blowing sideways. It blew under the garage door.
