Comments: Noticed it was snowing about 8:25am. Stopped about 9:30am. Initially flakes had heavy riming and were very white. They switched to more distinct flakes and eventually went over to mostly clumps of delicate snowflakes. Yes, I was taking pictures.

Comments: Heavy snow shower between 0845 and 0945 left 1/2 inch of snow. Sun has since come out and mostly melted what fell. Only old snow covering ground.
