Comments: 1 inch on snow board but there was an icy layer on the bottom because it started as a mix Monday evening between 5 and 6pm (I didn't keep track of when because I thought it didn't matter.) When we came out of our Boy Scout meeting at 8:15 in Millersville, there was about 1/4 inch on the car but roads were good. The kid in me was delighted to see the snow cover. Decorative inch of snow this morning shows wind from northwest at times, but it is stacked on bushes, so the wind hasn't been very strong.
